Your challenge
As a Sales Support Assistant at Fyron you are responsible for supporting our (key) account managers. We are looking for a new colleague who likes to work hard and is not afraid to make contact with others.

Are you the service-oriented, commercial and administrative jack-of-all-trades we are looking for?

What you will do
You answer our (German-speaking) customers by phone and e-mail and ensure a good follow-up of various incoming issues. In this versatile position, you and your colleagues are responsible for incoming and outgoing communication to and from (German-speaking) customers. . You immediately know how to filter and prioritize all incoming communication. Here it is very important that you know better than anyone what you can possibly pick up/answer yourself or what issues need to be passed on to the relevant colleague or department.

In addition, you like to work problem-solving and get satisfaction from sorting out diverse questions about orders, stocks, prices or statuses. For you, it goes without saying that you pick up and follow up on open issues, thinking in solutions.

What do you bring
Of course you are our new colleague who is enthusiastic, shows initiative, has a healthy dose of humor and describes himself as a hard worker. But you also recognize yourself in the following qualities and requirements:

  • You always think in solutions;
  • You value the customer and service is paramount in this;
  • You know how to work well independently;
  • Has proven relevant work experience in a similar role;
  • No question is too crazy for you;
  • You excel at keeping an overview;
  • Stress resistance speaks for itself for you;
  • You work accurately and are administratively strong;
  • Have experience with order processing systems (ERP)
  • Possesses good communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Excellent command of both the Dutch, German and English languages is an absolute must;
  • Available for 24-40 hours per week;
  • Living in the area of Amsterdam eo.
